“First Baptist Church of St. Petersburg, FL hosted a BBQ for the Salvation Army residents in St. Pete. Over 40 volunteers age 20-30 showed up to serve food, clean a pantry, play games and get to know the 115 homeless people who attended. According to site leader and young adult minister Christyna Richards, “It was an extremely humbling experience as well as exhausting due to the amount of people we ended up serving!”
