Volunteers in Frederick, MD helped beautify the Fountain Rock Park. They planted 17 native perennials that are the favorite plants for mid-Atlantic butterflies and moths. They also planted 5 bald cypress trees and 5 spice bush trees in a wetland area on the park grounds to decrease erosion and improve wildlife habitat.
