We had a small but very mighty group of 9 volunteers join us yesterday to plant trees in one of the roughest neighborhoods of Detroit. By partnering with the Greening of Detroit, we were able to plant 100 trees in a neighborhood that desperately needed some greenery and life brought back to it. This is the fourth year that we’ve worked with the organization, and its been great to see the effect that we’ve had on neighborhoods and parks across the city that needs some love.
